I’m dedicated to offering compassionate and effective therapeutic support. With over 30 years of experience in the voluntary sector and more than 11 years as a qualified counsellor, I’ve honed my skills in various areas of mental health and therapy.

I am passionate about helping you unlock your potential through person-centred counselling. I believe that each person has the capacity for self-growth and transformation when given the right support. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients and issues, developing a deep understanding of various mental health needs.

 

My expertise includes: Anxiety and Depression: I support clients in managing and overcoming symptoms through tailored therapeutic approaches.

 

Trauma and Abuse: I offer sensitive support for those affected by trauma, including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.

Personality and Eating Disorders: I have experience with personality disorders such as avoidant and dependent personality disorders, as well as eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, and binge-eating disorder.

 

Relationship and Family Issues: My practice includes helping individuals with relationship difficulties, family conflicts, and issues arising from separation or divorce.

 

Specialised Concerns: I provide support for specific issues like infertility, gender dysphoria, postnatal depression, and stress related to career challenges.
